Services and facilities available for day meetings or events at Lady Bay Resort include:

- Tea and coffee on arrival
- Tea and coffee and bakery items for morning tea
- Working lunch, includes a variety of hot and cold menu ideas
- Provision of conference condiments, such as notepads, pens (on request), mints and water
- Standard audio-visual equipment inclusive of whiteboard, flip charts, microphone, white screen and lectern
- Signage equipment and space to display company name and/or information during the event
- Registration table (on request)
